Looking for a nice appearance library

Is there an appearence library out there with less choices, but good chosen ones? Not 100 types of gray, but really colors you can assign to make your assembly more understandable? RAL library is better/ok, but still a lot of little nuances

I made one where I last worked, but don't have access to it now.  It was a couple of dozen colors, many of them also with dark and/or transparent variants, smooth and somewhat reflective attributes.  Very useful for multi-solid modeling to easily distinguish between solids.  I recall that it wasn't too difficult to produce; once I got one color set up the way I wanted, I just copied it and changed the color and name.
