longer flange

hi im creating a sheet metal part, but my flanges need to be longer than the part, what is the best way to achieve this

Can you attach what you have completed so far and indicate the required dimensions?

my problem being is that i need to create a part like this, but with corner round 

on all 8 of the top and bottom and at the minute can only get 4 done
