Lofting error

Can't perform loft in selected file. Loft joins the 2 separate bodies.

Error message:

Create loft feature failed
Fuel input.ipt: Errors occurred during update
Loft3: Could not build this Loft
The attempted operation had problems trimming and discarding faces. Try with different inputs.

Check if the attached model meets your requirements. I lofted as surfaces then stitched them together to make the solid between the bodies.

This doesn't look manufacturable to me?

Is there a reason your wall thickness is all over the place?

I think I would model quite differently, but not really sure of your design intent.
