License question

I thought I read somewhere that you can use older licenses in conjunction with new ones.

We have subscription, and 2013 just came out, and we hae 12 licenses for the product design suite.

Does this mean we can use 12 licenses of 2012, as well as 12 licenses for 2013?

Nice issue 😞 : want to downgrade from PDS Premium to PDS Standard. We only use AutoCAD and Inventor. So we can reduce costs of subscribtion.

We have Premium (5x) because for a few years it was cheapest solution and only solution to get AutoCAD and Inventor in a suite.

Now there is a  Standard Suite.

So we want to give back the additional free software (3dmax, etc.) but.... we have to pay €1.650,- ($2350,-)  for the downgrade per license and buy a new subscription.

So we stopped the subscription for now.

Anyone else with the same issue?
