Does Inventor support Keyboard commands similar to AutoCAD?

For instance, if I want to Inspect/Measure a distance, can I type in an abbreviated KB shortcut?

How do I implement these KB shortcuts?

and you can create/customize as needed by selecting ...tools..Customize and select the "Keyboard tab"
