I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that after installing the latest update for Inventor 2021 that while in parameters if you try to check the export or key box it will lag forever before checking the box?

Hi! The behavior does not sound right. Please uninstall 2021.0.1 to restore the correct behavior. I will work with the project team to understand it better.

Many thanks!

I am having the same issue with this update.  How do you uninstall the update?  I tried reinstalling inventor and it automatically installed the update.  Same issue.

I also had to completely re-install Inventor to get rid of the update. I
had to change my download settings on Autodesk.com not to include updates
in-order to fix this.

Hi! you don't have to uninstall and reinstall Inventor. You can uninstall just the update. Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Show All Updates. You will see an entry for 2021.0.1.

Another thing to check is to go to "Turn on or off Windows Features" and make sure .Net 4.8 is enabled.

Many thanks!

Hi,

I like to add some more issues so far:

1. In BOM, RMB on the column headings, the menu dissapears when releasing RMB

2. On the hole function the both direction button is missing

3. Cannot name parameters in the parameter window. I think this is already mention somewhere else on the forum. You can name the parameter, close the window and re-open, then the name will appear.

We uninstalled the update also.

Kind Regards,

Tobias

Hi Tobias,

I am sorry I am not aware of these issues. Do you mind sharing a bit more detail? Or start new threads for each?

Many thanks!
