In AutoCAD there is a drop down menu to get the view we want. Is there anything like that in Inventor.

you have the cube to pick it from
No, use the ViewCube instead. If you are referring to the drawing environment of Inventor instead of the modeling environment you can use the ViewCube there as well (2016 and 2017).
In the image below I turned on the Compass with the Options of the ViewCube.

How A can be related with B?
By using the compass option I showed above...but...
IT REALLY DOES NOT MATTER. Choose an orientation that works for your documentation. The ViewCube Orientation and names can be changed on the fly so don't even try and relate them together.
