Is it possible to make patches into solid?

Hey, I made a simple cube with 3D edges on and connected the paths into patches so I could test to see if it would turn into sold when I stitched the patches and it did. So when I completed my real project and stitched all of my parts it didn't turn to a solid. I spent 40 hours making this thinking that it would turn into a solid but it didn't and I need a solution for this, if someone could take a look at my file and have a solution would mean the world to me.

Stitch worked fine for me.

You missed one of your surfaces.

I found it, so it has to be because of this surface, i don't really know how to remove that outer surface.
