Is it possible to have page specific iproperties (or parameters) in a drawing?

What i want to achieve with those page specific parameters is that i can have a predefined textblock where i can enter, for example, "drawing of pipes" in the titleblock (is that the right term?)

Yes, you can have it.
You can create Prompt Entries. These prompt Entries will be different for every sheet.
