Inventor What's New menu selection missing update info for Inventor 2019.2

The image in this posting shows https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-forum/pipe-and-tube-route-dimension/m-p/8474219#M725693 what's new in Inventor 2019, 2019.1 and nothing for Inventor 2019.3 as the user indicated when they installed the 2019.3 update from Inventor 2019.1.

 

For Inventor 2019.3 update, there's no new features so yes I would agree Inventor 2019.3 would not appear in the What's New menu selection.

 

Was there ever any new info added there for Inventor 2019.2?   I've never checked there since I don't use that What's New Feature.  Anyhow I was helping the user in the other posting and I uninstall my Inventor 2019.2 and 2019.1 release and rolled back my Inventor to 2019 (original release).  So I don't know if Inventor 2019.2 info was there or not.

 

When I installed Inventor 2019.3 just now, I noticed my What New  menu selection was showing the same as the user in the other forum posting.   Meaning Inventor 2019.2 new features are not appearing under that. 

 

Need confirmation for anybody using Inventor 2019.2...  If its there (for Inventor 2019.2) and someone upgrades from Inventor 2019 original release or Inventor 2019.1 to Inventor 2019.3 they are not going to know what new functions appeared in Inventor 2019.2
