You can use your A360 desktop app that was installed with Inventor to upload files to and view them in the Publisher Viewer.

If it's installed on your PC, you can use the A360 folder just like you would with the DropBox, OneDrive or any kind of cloud app and copy your files there.

Please note, you'll have to export your files to the DWF format for Publisher Viewer to open them.

Did you upload any files to your A360 account?  They should be listed on this screen after you log in...

I have this icon in my taskbar autodesk-360-icon-bg.png.  If I double click that, it opens my A360 drive folder.  Do you have this icon in your taskbar?

If not, do you have A360 Desktop listed under Start > All Programs > Autodesk ?

I'm assuming you're running Windows.

I'm sorry, I have misled you.  Please look for Autodesk A360 in your app store.  Then log into your account.

I apologize, I thought the publisher viewer was the correct app, it was not.

After signing in with A360 App, you should see your drive...
