Inventor Studio - Image Scene not showing

Hi,

I have this issue where the scene image background is not shown. As you can see in the attached screenshot, I've enabled displaying the background image, but nothing can be seen. The lighting itself is working, as you can see from the green reflections on the part.

Any help you be much appreciated.

I have the same problem when I selected a background only the lighting changed. I selected setting and made sure "Display Scene Image" was checked but it didn't change anything. No matter which background I select, I get a message saying "Loading IBL Environment", the lighting changes but the background remains white.

I suppose the backdrop can't show out in both Inventor part/assembly and studio environment. Are you using a specific project or this is a general one with/without projects? 

So far we haven't figured out the way to reproduce this yet. Could you also extract your Inventor Diagnostics information, so we can review whether there's any similar thing with @j.pirotte ?

Reinstalling Inventor solved my issue. I still don't know how to solve this issue without doing it.

I have the same problem with Inventor 2023, and it is not solved by reinstalling the program (I have deleted everything following the autodesk procedure). Is there any solution?
It also provides with Inventor 2022 and the same thing happens to me.

You may want to confirm the lighting style is the "active" one. It will be in bold characters if it is.

From the browser "The Alps" looks active. Are the environment files in the C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 2023\Environments folder (the release number should match what you have installed) or on a server?

I had the same problem. "Display Scene Image" was turned of in "Studio lighting styles"
=> Inventor studio - Render - Studio lighting styles - turn on the ceckbox "Display Scene Image"
