Fold is almost always the wrong way to model a sheet metal part.

Your Sketch1 appears to be imported geometry, not dimensioned and the Origin Center Point is not in a  symmetrical location.

There are no foldes in the part you attached.

There is an Extrusion feature - a poor choice for sheet metal beginner - use the Sheet Metal tools.

Your part thickness is different than the Sheet Metal Style Thickness variable.

Your Sketch1 is more complicated than it need be.  (do a Show All Constraints)

Work Axis 1 is not needed.

Sketch6 is not constrained.

Can you attach your version of the part with the folds - before you changed the thickness?

I recommed that you model sheet metal parts in finished form, rather than trying to fold a flat and guessing at finished dimensions.
