Inventor Projects stuck on read only

Please tell me how to change from read only to read and write see jpg attached

That tells me 2 things..

1.  You have Inventor files opened in Inventor.

2.  Somehow the file attributes outside of Inventor has it set to read only.

As Mark said, make sure you don't have any files open. But, also make sure no one else has a file open that is using the project file you are trying to edit. I usually have to ask all others in my project to close out Inventor. That usually clears the read-only setting of the project file. Hope this helps.
