Inventor Open.ipt File 3d Model Is Not Visible

Hi 

 

Please see the attached file. When I open the 3d model is not visible and when I try to do some change it mouse pointer indicating circle ( for processing ) 

 

I don't know why and I haven't face this situation previously .
