Was working fine yesterday, has happened since I've updated to the latest version of Inventor 2023. I am running Windows 10.

Hi Andrew,

Please try uninstalling 2023.1 update. Does it work better afterwards?

Many thanks!

Hi Andrew,

Many thanks for your confirmation! There is a known regression in 2023.1 in case you are not aware. If you have "Prehighlighting" turned off (Tools -> App Options -> Colors), the object selection in the graphics window will be blocked. To avoid the issue, you may turn on "Prehighlighting" or unload "Fusion Interop Add-In" (if you don't collaborate with Fusion). In the meantime, we are working on a fix to correct the behavior asap.

Thanks again!

Any progress on this? Inventor Professional 2021.4 sometimes freezes for two minutes after placing Content Centre part. Have to restart Inventor to stop it happening.

I have the 2023.2.1 Update  and I still run into this problem. I place  a content center part after which I hit the right mouse key and select OK. after I selected OK, the system freezes for about 30 seconds after which everything runs fine again... until I use the content center again. How can this be fixed?

Hi! I believe your issue is different than the OP's. Yours is related to display settings. Close Inventor and go to Windows Display settings and select the recommended resolution and scale. Right-click on Inventor desktop icon -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Change High DPI settings -> check both boxes.

Does it work better now?

Many thanks!
