I get to this point everytime and it does not continue. I have let it set here all weekend with no progress.

It seems something goes wrong with the Internet connection. Maybe antivirus blocking download?
I recommend you to go to Autodesk Account > Manage products and downloads > All Products & Services> Select Inventor Nesting to download > Select Browser Download.

Are you in Windows admin account?
Did you turn off antivirus?
The screen which you attached shows that there is an issue with a download of the file. Now you should have another message.

I redownload the Browser Download and it continues with the same problem. I disabled my antivirus and this is a admin account.

After the installation in the temp folder (%temp%) open file :
"Autodesk Nesting Utility 2019 Install.log" (should be in a folder with number name "1")
You can open this file and check where Installation is falling. If you do not find anything, you can send me a private message with this file.
Before next installation, you can check if Windows has this installation files (I mean Control Pannels> Uninstall programs).

I finally got it to install. I restarted the computer, shut down anything antivirus or firewall in the windows settings and used the last browser download and after all that voodoo it finally installed!
