Inventor nesting - generating required quantity issue

Hi,

I'm trying to generate 208 sets of part in 3mm mild steel with Inventor nesting but is stops at 79% and doesn't finish generating the nest. It nest smaller quantities of parts with no issue (I've tried 1, 10, 50 & 100). I've been changing the quantity required in the 'edit nest study'.

I've also tried changing the individual part quantity but this has the same issue.

What is causing this to stop generating the quantity required?

I've had no issue with other material thicknesses and parts. 

Part file and nest file are attached.

Quantities per set are:

- MC-02-0211, QTY: 1

- MC-02-0216, QTY: 2

- MC-02-0220, QTY: 2

- MC-02-0461, QTY: 13

- MC-02-0503, QTY: 2

Seems to work fine

Which version of Inventor do you use ?

Did you try to update the graphics card driver ?
