Inventor family to Revit family returns zero volume of materials

Hello all,

I am Revit user and my colleague has sent me his design from Inventor (as an assembly to .rfa). I can see the BOM and volume and mass in Inventor. But when I load the family into Revit, it suddenly shows zero volume for two of the materials/elements. I wanted to ask for help, because I have no idea what could be the root of the problem. 

I can see the area in Revit (through Dynamo).
