Inventor dynamic simulation considerations

I open this thread to ask for help and ideas on Inventor dynamic simulation.
I tried to carry out a dynamic simulation using this video made using SolidWorks as an example:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUFmP50qJx8

I create the components and tried to set the joints. However, I notice some things that have not changed over the years in this Inventor module:
- Often crashes when inserting or moving joints.
-Why if I insert a joint, for example spatial, do the components overlap instead of maintaining their position? This forces you to move the elements back to their initial position.
- 3D contacts are extremely heavy, but they are the only way to have a real simulation in certain cases. Which parameters are correct to avoid penetration between solids in contact and slowdowns.
- Why is it not possible to insert contacts for groups of components but only one by one?
- As you can see in the video, the animation (no render obviously) is fluid; in Inventor it is very slow to the point of almost blocking the program and this slowness also results in a recording.y

- Last, after i have create simulation, the assembly increase size to 500 MB!!!!

I upload pack and go with wetransfer:
