Inventor does not respond during remote connection - restart necessary

Hi,
I have a problem with Inventor 2023 when using remote desktop. After a remote connection, the program seems to be frozen - it doesn't respond to any commands, it's impossible to use it. The only solution is to close Inventor via Task Manager and restart it. After restarting, everything works, but only until the next remote connection.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Are there any settings that could prevent this?

Hi! Please make sure all the critical Windows updates, the latest graphics driver, and all the critical PC vendor updates are installed. Disable Windows Text Cursor.

Go to Windows Display settings and select the recommended resolution and scale. Right-click on Inventor desktop icon -> Properties -> Compatibility -> check "Run as Admin" -> Change High DPI settings -> check both boxes.
