Inventor does not respond during remote connection - restart necessary

Hi,
I have a problem with Inventor 2023 when using remote desktop. After a remote connection, the program seems to be frozen - it doesn't respond to any commands, it's impossible to use it. The only solution is to close Inventor via Task Manager and restart it. After restarting, everything works, but only until the next remote connection.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Are there any settings that could prevent this?
