Inventor Assembly Constrain Window Delay On Opening

Hi All. Hope everyone's holidays are heading in the right direction. I'm seeing my constrain window having a delay on opening. I click on the constrain tab and it takes like 8 seconds to open. This happens even when i only have two items in a assembly. i.e simple parts, like a tube. any idea on why this window has a delay on opening?

system using:

Inventor professional 2018

Processor Intel® Core™i7-7700 CPU @ 3.6GHz 3.60GHz

Installed memory (RAM: 32.0Gb (31.9GB usable

System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Windows 10 Home

This is a know issue with Inventor and the Windows 10 Fall Creator release.

The link did fix the constrain window delay for a while. but its back again. any idea on how to correct this? or do i redo the link again?

Either in-install the Windows 10 Fall Creator or wait for ADSK to release the updated patch.

I hope they come up with a fix. It did start working better after i shut down and restarted.
