Dynamic Simulation Repair Redundancies

Hello so I am trying to simulation suspension for a car and when I click and drag in assembly mode, it moves and operates as expected; however, in dynamic simulation mode, it says it is over-constrained by 6 degrees. The very odd thing is that in Mechanism Status, none of the loops have any redundancies whatsoever even though it says there are 6 overall. I can also see which Joints are causing problems, but if I delete them, then it's as if I unbolted it and it can move however it wants.

Any suggestions on what to check next or a checklist I should go through? I would post the assembly, but it is a proprietary project and I am not allowed to do so. 😕 Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I will post and Kudos the best solution as to what was going on.

Thanks,

The key is to use the correct set of constraints (joints).

What book are you using to learn dynamic simulation?
