Inventor 2027 Slow?

Is it just me or Inventor 2027 is very slow? seems to be very laggy?

This are my specs:

AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7975WX 32-Cores (4.00 GHz)

128Gb RAM

Nvidia RTX4000 ( latest drivers )

Windows 11 Pro

For me even opening and closing simple parts its a struggle, I regret updating from 2026

I've got 2 x 2TB SSDs one for programs the other for data & files both have the same performance specs, D is a backup of my data & files and is a standard HD

As I said this has only manifested in 2027.

Hello, no, the problem persist, it’s painful, every action is lagging like 5 seconds, open files, commands, creating new parts, drawings, everything 

I wish I could go back to 2026

I've also opening a part from within an upper level assembly also takes an age

This does not seem to be a consistent issue with all users. My 2027 on a very average laptop does not have these problems with opening and creating new files.
That makes it hard to see what the root cause is.

One thing in common my problem is that ALL the IPT. IAM and IDW were original created on and then migrated from 2026 to 2027 after being copied to a NEW folder.

Hi! The behaviors do not sound right to me. Please make sure all the critical Windows updates, the latest graphics driver, and all the critical PC vendor updates (including BIOS) are installed. Use Windows Disk Cleanup to remove cached files. You may want to record a Performance Feedback report and share the report ID with me at [email protected]. Or you may use Microsoft Process Monitor to record the 5 seconds detail and share it with me.

Sorry for the late reply, I was on holidays, I was so frustrated on how the system was performing that I did a full clean OS installation and installed the new version of the 2027 software, now Its working fine, I dont know what fix it, the new install or the software update

Yes, Inventor is good.

My grandma & fa are also good.. 😂
