Inventor 2023 Not responding

Hi, I want to ask about my Inventor software. Everytime I want to make a new file the application will not respond. When I click the "New" button the application will not responding. I just install the app and want to use it, but I can not because it's not responding. If you know how to solve it, please help. Thanks

What are your workstation specs?  Ensuring that you have a capable enough workstation is the first step in answering this question.

Have you installed the 2023.1 update followed by the 2023.1.1 update?

Hi Vito,

 

I suspect the issue was Home page related. Indeed, the hang due to Home page has been resolved on 2023.1 and 2023.1.1.
