The New feature is really great, how ever it has some flaws with third party nesting programs.

I would like to export the text object not into a surface but into a text object, see below:

This is a like a Split Face Feature, which is OK in the model.

However the export has mulitple lines and its just lines, is there a single line possibility? For the engraving tool it takes a lot of time to do all the outer lines.

Is there also a possibility to make the text sketch object export into an AutoCAD TEXT object?

Thanks!

Hi! Yes, you can convert the sketch text to geometry. Edit the sketch and right-click on the text -> Convert to Geometry -> select a font. The text will be converted to single lines. Then you can use them in a Mark feature.

Many thanks!

Hi Johnson,

Thanks you for your reply,  the thing you mentioned is what in the export occurred and what I unfortunately dont want: the text in the sketch is converted to geometry. I want the text object to be intact. This is so the cutting program sees the Labeled text as an object instead of lines. This is the difference between cutting and marking.

With kind regards,
