Inventor 2020 - View Label - Custom

Does anyone know how to customize a view label. I've thought of creating a block and just inserting it, but I would rather have the actual view label be custom. Im trying to have a ballon at the beginning.

Inventor doesn't have that capability or feature or settings to make a custom view label like that.
