Inventor 2020 Stress Analysis

I cannot use the Stress Analysis application in iInventor 2020. Its icon doesn'a appear in the part module. What can I do?

You should see the option in the 3D Model tab or
 the Manage tab.

If this is not the case and you are in a hurry, 
take the component to an assembly and there you 
should have the stress analysis.

On the other hand, it would be reinstalling the program
in a different version than the one you have.

Also screen shot of your version of Inventor properties (including Update number).

And, the actual *.ipt file.

Yes I did. The Simulation cannot be found in that list.

Hi! I was wondering if it could be Inventor, not Inventor Pro. But the Stress Analysis Add-In is indeed there (loaded). I guess the only thing to try is to force Inventor to load all dlls on startup. Go to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Environment Variables -> create "DYNAMIC_LOAD_APPLETS" and set it to 0.

Restart Inventor. Does it work better now?

I did what you wrote, but I still cannot find Stress Analysis. What do you mean about Restart Inventor? Maybe to install again?

I am running 2024, but your screen should be similar with 2020.

I notice from your screenshot that your screen is missing the word Professional...

Hi! You installed Inventor 2020, not Inventor Pro 2020. Please uninstall Inventor 2020 and run the install again -> select Inventor Pro 2020.
