I get the attached error when trying to start IV 2019 in trial mode. Any suggestions?

I always install in 30-day trial mode and run for several weeks before Activating.
I just tried and it starts up fine for me in trial mode.
Are you saying that it has never started for you - or did it work before, but now you see this issue?
