inventor 2017 stress analysis on screws in profiled sheetings

i have a case in which screws are fastened too tight in profiled sheetings, see the first 2 fotos showing the problem in reality.

then i tried to simulate the situation in Inventor with sheet metal, but no matter how low the load apllied on the head of the screw is, it seems that the power shot the screw through the sheet like a bullet.

Does anybody know a solution to this problem ?

Hi! I suspect you may need non-linear FEA analysis like NASTRAN In-CAD (part of Product Design and Manufacturing Collection). Inventor FEA is limited to linear FEA analysis, meaning the deformation, stress, and strain are in linear correlation with the load. It is not capable of doing non-linear analysis.

Many thanks!

I don't think  you need other software for this analysis.

Exactly what is the displacement?

Are you examining in exaggerated view?

Can you attach your assembly here?
