Inventor 2017 Crash opening an assembly

Hello,

with inventor 2017, if we open an assembly with "rapid mode" everyting it's ok.

But then if we activate/load all components,

Inventor crash, withoput generating any "report".

In windows events we see C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll "caused" the crash.

What we can do to debug and fix this problem?

We have:

Windows 10 64 bit

Quadro K2200 with latest driver from Nvidia

16GB Ram

Thanks in advance for any info.

Best Regards

Welcome to the community...

I think that dll is related to your NVIDIA card.  I would start there to make sure you have the latest video driver.  Do not depend on Windows telling you that you have the latest.  Go directly to the vendor's web site.
