Inventor 2016 freezes when trying to shell

I am trying to hollow out my design I made but when I try to shell it, it just freezes and eventually I will get "Inventor is not responding" from windows.

I'm running Windows 7.

Try rolling the end of part marker back and doing the shell before the relief features.
