Pipe Return Repad from Sheet Metal

Hello,

I am trying to create a 100 mm ⌀ by 10 thk repad for a 4" SCH40 pipe return.  Using a sheet metal part file attached, I am able to create a quarter section of the geometry required.  When attempting to mirror and pattern the part to make the whole it comes a bit unglued.

Can somebody with more sheet metal experience please assist me?

Using Autodesk Inventor Professional 2016 64-Bit Edition Build 210 SP1

I think a Split and Thicken would be the easy way.
