Inventor 2016 clearance hole not functioning

When selecting clearance hole, it says that it could not find file C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor2016\Design Data\XLS\en-US\Clearance.xls containing fasterner data . I'm using inventor professional 2016 - student version. Can i know how to resolve this problem?

I know this may sound like a stupid question but have you looked into that directory and if that file exist?

i think the excel data does not have the clearance data. I don't really understand what u mean by if the file exists. Sorry !

It means does the file exist in that folder...  You image shows that it does but the file was modified a couple of days ago.  Did you change something in it?

Post or attach the file here so we can review it to make sure its still a viable clearance hole file.

i didnt change anything, ijust opened it to look at the excel file just now.

Exit Inventor and rename your clearance hole spreadsheet as something else.

Save the attached one (I have here) in that same location.

Start Inventor, does that resolve your issue?
