Inventor 2015 Thread error - "Unable to successfully update the member part..."

Since last week we are experiencing a problem with Inventor 2015 when trying to make threaded holes or import bolts, nuts, ... from within the Content Center.

When trying to import from Content Center following error appears:

"Unable to successfully update the member part file. Problem occurred when setting the thread data."

I have tried replacing the Thread file with the file stored on my local pc (we are using the Design Data located on server) but this does not solve the problem. Our Thread.xls file is attached if necessary. 

One colleague using Inventor 2016 is not experiencing any problems.

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Recent Windows updates has caused this issue.  Please see this posting for additional information.

Uninstalling security update 4041681 helped indeed.
