Hello everyone, I was hoping to receive some assistance.

I am currently try to create a dent on my material which is separate from the rest of the part, I know this makes no sense so I've attached a picture so that you can get an idea of what I'm trying to do ๐Ÿ™‚

The question: How can I achieve this exact shape without using flanges? Which feature on inventor would I use and how does that feature work?
