.idw stuck in isometric view

We are having an issue with certain files that seem to get stuck in isometric view and can not find a solution to fix the problem. If we use the spacemouse we can set view back to front but it only temporarily fixes the issue and once the file is re opened it is in the same state. Also any user that does not have a spacemouse can not fix the issue so two questions one is there a permanent solution to fix this and two is there a solution that doesn't require the space mouse? We have tried to copy the sheet and when pasted it is in the same state.

TIA

I see in another post here that there isn't a way to switch it back. You might be be able to try F5 to go to a previous view, but I don't think that will work if the file has been closed.  On the mentioned post, they say that the only fix is to drag/move/copy the views to a new sheet.

Edit: Be sure to drag/move/copy the views and information to a new sheet. Copying the sheet as a whole will not fix your issue.

It did not fix the issue but the F5 suggestion works for a temporary solution if you do not have a spacemouse. I was able to fix the issue which turned out to be iLogic was running a view command that was buried in a model that was referenced in the drawing. I opened the drawing that contained the iLogic rule and deleted it and the drawing now opens correctly.
