I Part Publish and Authorisation

Hi

I created a profile and published and authorised as a content center part. Then I used in the frame work to create a model.

After that I have modified the profile, will it automatically update in the frame work

or

Do I need republish to content center and redo the frame again.

Thanks

@lkirit2000

If you modify the profile, and save the ipart file, you can use Replace Family Template to update the Content Center family.  However, once you place a profile into a frame, it is generated as a unique part file and will not update based on changes made to the Family in the Content Center.  You would need to use Edit with Frame Generator in Inventor, and then select the new profile from your list.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your response.

Please confirm the following.

You are saying that I don't need to re-publish and re-authorise, but I need use replace family template to update the contact center ? Is that correct ?

Please let me know how to replace that ?

Then edit with content center updated part ?

Thanks

Thanks
