I get a thread error but no error in the part and the thread comes in fine?

So I'm updating a copy of a screw to fit MCMaster Carr data.  I continually get the error each time I add a part (attached jpg).  However the part is fine, no errors and the threads are added just fine.  I'm not sure what could be happening.

Found the culprit.  THREADDESC was being used to apply the thread.  I changed it from 4-40 UNC to just 4-40.  When I add back the UNC it works fine.
