I can't loft a rectangular face to a circular one (The attempted operation had trimming and discarding faces try )

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well.

at first I tried to loft the rectangular face to the circular one using the rails but when it didn't work I tried to do it without any rails and it still didn't work. any solutions? thank you in advance.Screenshot 2024-07-18 092934.png

Hi

Create 2 Lofts in surface mode for inner and outer edges.

Good morning Kacper, I appreciate the quick reply. I added the two faces one, one for the inner edge and the other for the outer edge. now how can i turn them into a volume?

How much training have you had?  I see that your sketches are not fully constrained and that you are not making use of the origin planes.

 

Here is a different (simpler, better) method to construct this model, using a Shell feature to hollow it out after the shape is defined.  This saves a lot of work!  The attached file is Inventor 2025 format.
