I create original weaponry but can't see the actual files without the program. How do I view it without the program, or better yet, convert it into a 3D file that can be opened by other programs?

If you have the Product Design and Manufacturing Collection, you can store the files in Autodesk Docs. It has a built in viewer. You just click on the file. You can also share a link to the file so others can see it.

I take that back. Docs comes with the AEC collection, which I also have. PD collection comes only with Autodesk Drive. I uploaded some test files and found the viewer to be unreliable. But you can subscribe to Docs for not too much.

Hi Folks,

Or, use Inventor ReadOnly (license free).

Many thanks!
