How to secure a Content Center Library?

I am setting up a Content Center Library to be used in my Vault server. I would like to secure the Library so only myself or select users are able to make modifications to it.

Are there any methods to achieve this?

I've added a Lifecycle that other don't have permission to change it.

Or use admin account to check it out.

Can you clarify what you are checking out? I assume the Project file? Or is there a way to check out the Content Center Library?

Is that the iPart Factory file you use to publish to the Content Center or something different? Sorry, just struggling to find what other Library files there are on my Vault server.

So what are you trying to lock?

The CC Library or the parts created by the library?

The CC Library. For example, I would like to prevent people from changing properties of Members within it, like Part Number.
