How to create a cut list in mm

Hello,

I'm experiencing some difficulties when i'm trying to create a cutlist. One of these difficulties is the fact that I can't figure out how to safe an custom iproperty linked to the flat pattern length. On the way i'm doing it now, I must manually put the code in the value, E.g. (=<FLAT PATTERN LENGTH>) at each part. Is there a way to make this a standard iproperty option?

While i have already addressed the most frustrating problem in the subject: is there a way to change the Units? The values i'm getting now are in cm and I need them in mm. Example attached. Note: Made the parts in sheetmetal to retrieve the Length en Width, are there other ways to do so?

you can create a template in inches units, already with the variable defined.

The problem isn't exactly about the inches, while adressing the width/ length of a flat patern. the units chance to Centimeters, and i can't find anything about chancing it from centimeters to millimeters. i tried chancing the template: or I did something wrong or it didn't work.
