how to change sive with changing the Designation (ISO Pipe Threads)

Hey everyone

i am currently updating and converting old 2D drawing to 3D.

we have a which require G 3/8 pipe thread.

when i used the hole feature, in order make such thread the Diameter would 14.95 diametre

but due to we to weld on surface of this part, the part will shrinks, therefore the hole must 15.2 diametre.

so my question is how do i change the size, without changing the Designation?

Hello Sander,

Make sure you have close Inventor.

Go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 2017\Design Data\XLS\en-US (Change to your used version) and open Thread.xls (Please backup the file). 

Searching the thread type as you want, change the value to 15.2 and save it.

Launch Inventor again and recreate the hole as usual.
