How to change part, assembly and file names in folder?

So i had project where i needed to name it "GPI XX XX XX XX"

but i mistakenly did it "GCI XX XX XX XX"

now i need to change all names of parts, files and assembly names of all project from GCI to GPI.

especially file names is important because in this way we can seperate which manufacture and which part of it we working. 

there are at least 110 parts and somewhere 20 assemblies and somewhere 15 folders, all started GCI xx xx xx xx that i need to change them to GPI xx xx xx xx.

P.S. please dont suggest me "save as" command because it will take too long and i will need to new create assemblies and files will take too long to refolder them.
