How to make this in Inventor 2015?

Hi,

Did you try Bend Part command? See video. But there is disadvantage that from this part is not possible create Flat Pattern.

This is deepdrawing a metal sheet and as such not a job for the plate shop but requiring heavy machinery. Similarly in CAD : you can model it - starting with the outside volume, followed by shell - but it won't flatten. If the purpose is modelling then do it in Part.

Hi! You could use regular part modeling commands to create the geometry. The issue is that the part will not be unfoldable.

this is not bending its forming .you have to make special punch tool create your shape.

Any  bending which is practically not possible on the bending machine same we don't won't create in sheet metal.
