lightbeam flow analysis

hallo there

is there a way to simulate a light beam, and were it will travel like the Autodesk Flow Design just with light instead of air?

I have a project were I need to seal light from a laser, and it would really be helpfull to analyse the path were the light travels

Well.. a laser is a single line beam usually but Studio allows you to create lights and you should be able to render and see how it will reflect..

yeah I know but it´s a more analyse version I want, somthing like.
