How do I create flag notes within a list of notes in an Inventor drawing?

How do I create flag notes within a list of notes in an Inventor drawing (like what's shown for Flag Note 3 in the image below)?  My searches are leading to dead ends, but I'm wondering if I'm not using the correct terminology.

The only way I can think of to do something like this would be to grab this:  ③ from the Windows Character Map... and paste it into your list.  I'm not sure how it would match up to the rest of the notes though.  I did not see anything with a square around the number.

Ah - we're on the same line of thought.  I figured that flag notes would be standard in any CAD software intended to create technical drawings, but after searches seemed to indicate otherwise, I started thinking of workarounds that involved characters like this. 

It appears that there are a few fonts that can be purchased with square-surrounded numerals, but I'm going to keep looking for other options in the meantime.
