How do I add an angle to this flat surface?

How would I add an angle to a sketch I extruded?

Example below

The red line is the curve I'd like to add.

Everything above the red line would be cut out because of the angle.

Draw a new sketch on the profile from this side, draw a shape that cuts that angle and extrude.

You can split it off easily by using Split - Solid section On and clicking the red line as Tool.

After that 3 options appear for keeping both parts, or selecting one or the other for removal.
