Actually - it is easy.

Attach your attempt here if you can't figure it out.

There are multiple ways to do this. You can create a straight coil or helical sweep and then us Bend Part command to bend it.

Or, draw the path in 3 separate sketches. Use a line profile and each path to create Twist Sweep surface. Lastly sweep a circle along the twisted edges.

Johnson Shiue it does not happen with bending. because one side is tight helix and one side is loose

I don't want to say that it's easy, as in beginner kind of material, but it's certainly possible.  If you can tell us the measurements you'd like to see, and what version of Inventor you're using, we can probably do what you want.

Another way to do this is to create a straight coil surface. Use it to split a long cylindrical rod. You will get the helical edges. Then bend the rod. The edges will be bent. Then sweep a circle along the bent edges. Lastly use Delete Face (lump selection) to remove the bent rod.

Try this...
Make the coil straight. Then use the Bend command. Click on bend and hit F1 on the keyboard that will get you to Help for the command.
